UTXO Strategy is a private tool that publishes content to the operator's own connected social media accounts via each platform's official API. It is operated for the owner's own use and is not offered as a public service.
The app is used only to publish original content the operator is authorized to post, in compliance with the terms and community guidelines of each connected platform (including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines). It is not used to post spam, infringing, misleading, or automated bulk content in violation of any platform's rules.
You connect accounts through each platform's official OAuth flow and may disconnect at any time from that platform's settings. You are responsible for the content you approve for publishing.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Publishing depends on third-party platform APIs that may change or become unavailable; we are not liable for missed, delayed, or failed posts, or for any action taken by a connected platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UTXO Strategy and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
